1. Business Ownership
All content, designs, and custom art featured are the intellectual property of Pineapple Pour House LLC, a registered domestic Limited Liability Company in the state of Georgia. Using my photos or copying my custom designs to pass off as your own is a great way to meet my legal representation.
2. Artistic Variance & "Defects"
By purchasing from Pineapple Pour House LLC, you acknowledge that you are buying handmade art.
Resin is a chemical medium; therefore, microscopic bubbles, slight leveling variations, or internal "floaties" are natural characteristics of the material.
These are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for a refund. You are paying for a one-of-a-kind creation, not a factory-molded clone.
3. Safety & Usage Warning
Not a Toy/Not Food Safe: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, my resin products are for decorative purposes only. They are not toys for children, nor are they food-safe. Do not use them as plates, and for the love of everything, do not put them in the microwave or dishwasher.
Chemical Sensitivity: While fully cured resin is generally inert, use common sense. If you have specific chemical sensitivities, please handle with care.
4. Limitation of Liability
Pineapple Pour House LLC shall not be held liable for any damages—physical, financial, or emotional—resulting from the misuse of our products. Once the art leaves my studio, how you display or use it is at your own risk.
5. Dispute Resolution
I am a reasonable human being. If there is a legitimate issue, I prefer we settle it like adults via direct communication. However, should any legal action arise, you agree that the jurisdiction for such disputes will be Gwinnett County, Georgia.
