Processing Times All items are made to order. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:
- Small pieces (coasters, mini accents, dishes, wall art): 5–7 business days
- Large pieces (turtle trays, puzzle box, heart centerpiece, wall hangings): 7–10 business days
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $8.00
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $50 and over
- Express Shipping: $15.00
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS or UPS depending on package size and destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Delivery Times Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States. Express shipping typically takes 1–2 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages Pineapple Pour House LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
