Most builds take 2–4 weeks from the time your design is finalized. Larger pieces like 4-person dining tables may take up to 6 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your consultation and keep you updated with photos throughout.
What happens after I place my deposit?
Within 24 hours, we'll email you to finalize your exact dimensions, leg style, wood species, resin colors, and any special requests. You'll receive a final quote before we begin building — nothing starts until you approve it.
Can I request custom colors or effects?
Absolutely — that's the whole point. We work with 35 alcohol inks, 60 mica powders, and 12 UV colors. Whether you want a subtle resin river, a dramatic ocean pour, or something completely unique, we'll make it happen.
Is my deposit refundable?
All deposits are 100% non-refundable after 48 hours of placement. This is because materials are purchased immediately upon ordering. We encourage you to reach out before placing your deposit if you have any questions — we're happy to help you decide.
