By purchasing from Pineapple Pour House LLC, you agree to the following:

1. Handmade Disclaimer

All items are handcrafted. Variations in color, texture, pattern, and finish are normal and part of the charm. No two pieces will ever be identical — that’s the magic.

2. Processing Times

Standard items ship within 7–10 days. Custom furniture timelines vary. Resin cures on its own schedule — I respect the chemistry.

3. Shipping Responsibility

Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to them. I cannot control delays, damage, or delivery issues. However if an issue does occur,  i am sure we can find a resolution. 

4. No Refunds

Due to the custom nature of resin art and the cost of shipping, all sales are final. Exceptions apply only to damaged or incorrect items up to 3 days upon recieving. Contact me directly at pph.ceofweffy@gmail.com. Please include all details and photos. 

5. Custom Work Queue

Custom orders are completed first come, first serve. Larger pours and detailed molds require longer cure times.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, product names, descriptions, and images belong to Pineapple Pour House LLC. Do not copy, reproduce, or resell my work without permission. (Seriously. Don’t be weird.)

8. Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
