Shipping Policy
📦 Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on Everything. Yes, Everything. (Almost.)
Every single order ships FREE. No minimum. No code. No fine print. No "but wait, did you read the asterisk?" Just free. Because you're already spending money on art — the least we can do is not charge you to receive it.
🛑 The one exception: Custom furniture. Tables are large, heavy, and have strong opinions about freight costs. Shipping for custom furniture pieces is calculated separately and discussed before your order is finalized. We'll always be upfront about it.
⏰ When Will It Ship?
Most orders ship within 7–10 days. Made-to-order and custom pieces need time to cure, be inspected, and get properly packaged — because we're not just tossing your art in a box with some crumpled newspaper and a prayer.
Before your order ships, you'll receive a photo of your finished piece. Because you should see what you're getting before it's wrapped up and on its way. Transparency is kind of our thing.
📨 Tracking & Updates
Once your order ships, you'll get tracking info via text or email — your choice. We'll let you know the moment it leaves our hands and starts its journey to yours.
🚀 Once It Leaves Our Hands...
We pack everything with care, love, and an embarrassing amount of bubble wrap. But once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we officially lose control of the following:
- USPS mood swings
- Weather events (meteorological and emotional)
- Carrier delays
- Your package's personal journey of self-discovery
- Mercury retrograde
We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we are the kind of people who will stress about it alongside you. 🙏
🚨 Something Went Wrong?
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or just... vibing wrong — don't panic. Here's what to do:
- Document it immediately. Photos, video, whatever you've got. Do this before you touch anything.
- Email us at pph.ceofeffy@gmail.com with your order info and documentation.
- We'll make it right. That's not a slogan. That's a promise.
We stand behind every piece we pour. If something's wrong, we want to fix it — full stop.
